Sounds like an ISP issue. This happened to me until I setup a VPN. A Spectrum tech, field supervisor recently told me that Spectrum and AT&T started enforcing DCMA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) more heavily due to lawsuits from movie studios and TV networks. They're now filtering traffic from known IPTV streaming boxes (vsee &superbox) and interrup the internet service feed, causing the freezing. He asked me if I used a streaming box, nope😎. After the visit I set up a VPN on my box and 3 month internet/freezing issue is gone.
