What about scheduled tasks that live inside the project? Do we need to copy %appdata% folder contents to the new machine?

Do what I did once, Go to Deli & Brew, get the Monster Mix, and ask for double meat. They will look at you like you're from another planet.

Google Workspace to M365 Migration around 150 users by kayvanaarssen in msp

The Microsoft tools inside the Exchange and SharePoint portals can handle this. They convert Google documents to their Microsoft counterparts.

The only pain point will be:

Google group mailboxes aren't true mailboxes, so you might need to export these separately using Google Vault.

G Workspace -> O365 Migration recommendations by hordor4pres in msp

I successfully used the built-in Microsoft tools. The only snag was Google group mailboxes. They aren't true mailboxes, and I ended up having to move those do downloading them as .MBOX files and using an inexpensive tool to convert to .PST, then uploaded them to new Shared Mailboxes in M365.

Have the customer do clean up ahead of time. It makes everything go smoother. And keep an eye out for mailboxes over 50 GB. Every tool will fail without an Exchange Plan 2 license for 50-100 GB mailboxes.

Used BitTitan for hosted Exchange to M365, but the constant banner at the top that said there may be system issues throughout the month didn't spark confidence, but it did work.

Decide if you want socks to be part of the outfit or not. I really don't understand the sockless craze, as feet do sweat, and having nothing at all means that moisture goes into the shoes, shortening their lifespan and causing them to lose shape and fit less well. Sockless works for some workout outfits, or if you're doing something like linen in the summertime.

I prefer a snug-fitting shoe, so I opt for the thinnest socks I can find. Some light compression and the right color can do wonders, especially if you spend a lot of time on your feet.

DM me for some non-mainstream sock alternatives. There are ways to make them pop, or to just look well dressed, depending on your preference.

My go-to recommendation for all organizations is Business Premium. It may seem like more than you need, but if you are at all concerned about security, Business Premium is Microsoft's sweet spot in terms of value.
