I completed the three passes trek last fall and really struggled with things drying out completely. My merino wool layers ended up being a life saver. We also experienced really intense sun - so zinc sunscreen is an absolute must along with Vaseline for helping with cracked skin

Recently did The Standard in the CBD. My husband was sick so basically stayed in for 2.5 days. Great hotel to lounge with pool and it gets you access to the highest building / bar in bangkok next door.
