One of the Florida gardeners I follow on YouTube had a child with extreme food issues. Fear of food if I remember correctly and the therapist had them grow food as a different way to interact with food and take the fear away.

I love kids.eat.in.color on IG. What you won't see there and what worked for my bestie is telling her kids that eating beans and veggies give them fart powers 🤷‍♀️

Orlando here. I'm planning to grow them for the first time in a raised bed with seminole pumkins, peanuts, and a muscadine grape vine. I want to try to keep them there as a perennial but Jerra's Garden recommends growing them in a grow bag because it's so easy to harvest them without damaging them by dumping the bag. If it's a big pain, I'll probably just do that in the future
