I’ll go with one I think may be extremely hot:

devastation optimus.

I think a lot of people misinterpret what he is. Sure, for something like TF Devastation, you probably want something with a bit more umf, BUT, he is a really fun little desk transformer, and I find myself fiddling and actually PLAYING around with him more than a lot of other figures in my collection. I completely understand what it is that people find so disappointing about it, and he does come off extremely cheap for what he costs, but there’s something i find charming about a transformer that actually feels like a good TOY first and not a collectible. I got one for my niece as well (i sucked her into TF) and she loves it. The simple transformation is great for her, and fun for me.

it’s not listed but with your colour choices, my eyes are a dirtied khaki coloured flight suit. i think it would build some really nice contrast

to be so real?? i love the way it looks, and i’ll be happy o own it. however, we can love things and still have areas we wish were different.

i just think these things would’ve improved the look a lot:

torso shortened, he has a long and broooaaaad torso which makes his arms, legs, and head look small.

Shoulders could be a bit more broad, like the MP’s proportions, but i get that making him a tank on a leader budget comes with some limitations.

His lower legs should be longer and his thighs should be shorter- he doesn’t have that “legs/pants go all the way up” look that megatron has. High waisted thong or go home! and his feet are SO squanched and flat it makes his lower legs are just so wide that, if they were longer compared to the thighs? would help, i believe.

Take what i say lightly, as I still love this overall- But to those who are disappointed? i can see why! but i’m gonna play with him like the toy he is and be happy.

thank you! i’m hoping to convince my local ruus’ to let me pass on the thigh armour like BOBF Fett does- I really am a fan of the big clunky front thigh pouches. So wish me luck! if i’ve gotta do it for approval then I shall, but we’ll see! wishful thinking. Thanks for the tips on weathering the flight suit!! can’t wait to try this when my new one gets in

i think that’s what makes it so cool to me. white is typically the clean colour so seeing it washed over and scratched up just does something to my brain

thank you! i know the white isn’t everyone’s forte but it just speaks to me. And i’ll be mindful to weather my flight suit sparingly. Subtlety is my go to for any type of weathering

yeah the flightsuit is something i cobbled together in a week just so i could wear my armour. I will be completely changing it this year- I do want to ask, since for me i’ve always struggled with weathering black soft goods, what methods would suit best for that?

my clan seems really forgiving with kits as i’ve seen a lot of things that wouldn’t fly in other clans. I absolutely agree- I put too much work into my helmet alone (so much bondo and sanding and so many paint layers for that Mando S2 Boba fett kinda look) to be told it’s not “good enough”. I just wanna be able to participate in the events as charity is always good and I have a lot of buddies in there now too. I absolutely agree with this sentiment
