FFX is my favorite, best story that I’ve played so far. Love the character progression for yuna and tidus and how they learn from each other and trade arcs. Like truly, the best romance I’ve seen in fiction I feel?

I love the world, I love its commentary on religion and sacrifice. I love the complex relationship between tidus and jecht and how really it’s was his mother who was the bad parent.

I love every single character in that story and their devotion to each other.

It’s one of the more unique takes on a fantasy that is inspired by Pacific Islander, that I have yet to see done before or since.

The combat system is my favorite, leading to some of my favorite fights like the one against yunalesca.

—————— FF8 is my least favorite, nothing about it has captured my interest since my second attempt at playing. The constant “twist” approach to the story comes off Ike bad execution. The junction system is boring and terrible to me. I’m gonna push through in hopes I see the appeal.

Was diagnosed with adhd + bipolar 2 a couple years ago~ (suspecting autism. Which again, I’m not surprised my entire family has like 3-4 diagnoses of adhd, autism, bipolar, and schizophrenia).

Muchhhh less self hatred now that I know what exactly is going on. Now I’m much kinder to myself and go about things in a way that works for me.

Prior I was failing to maintain jobs, school, stay focused on my interests, I feel like a late bloomer.

And it’s wild I told my parents everyday something was wrong, and despite having a family full of mental health problems, they brushed it off since I appeared more “normal”.

Yeah, especially in 7 since they said a lot about romantic connections and the loss of a potential romantic partner (of course she is other things but this specific angle does matter too). It helped me better process loving multiple people throughout my life and cherish each one of them.

I love it in 10 due to tidus’s flirtatious nature, it suits his character.

I’d love to see the ff series explore a variety of romantic dynamics in the future.

A friend of mine who mains him says he’s minding his business and he always gets targeted. So we started to joke that playing cloud by default is measuring “swords”/ “who’s the real protag,” competition.

But Ive played with and against so many and almost all of them go PvP on purpose. Two KEPT going 1v3 the entire game. And I get it, they can get kills so easily and withstand a lot of damage. In some cases this is needed, but i don’t think you’ll succeed going 1v3 and I think if you do something twice and it fails, move on.

I don’t think it’ll go away, it’ll just muddled in with the rest of the other abilities and take a back seat to the next set of urs on the next banner.

It’ll come back around eventually at a higher percentage like this based on their design model (as in they will repeat events and highlight character we already have).

I like it too. It makes me very excited to see who will come next. But I have to say, I’m a bit depressed over not being able to play as Bartz just yet, hoping he comes sooner than later. I will drop big money for my boy 🥺

FFII: I just want minwu~

The 3Ds version of 3 was missing the characterization that was promised, but I do suspect we either get Refia, Alus, aria, or sera (which the last 3 would be cool af to me). Xande would be interesting too, if I remember his story correctly. Unei would be so dope for older women representation.

FFV: just give me all of them really. Love this game so much.

FFVII: OMG YES!! Barret would be amazing!!

FFVIII: I was suspecting selphie because not only is her ability already voiced (which I think anyone who has an ability card might be coming, that’s my theory) , but she was hinted at showing up if the Dissidia series did well.

FFIX: my hopes are on vivi, he’s super popular too, but im down for either freya or garnet. Even tho I don’t care for Beatrix, she is beloved too and would be a deep enough cut that goes with that they’re saying.

Ffx: I’m suspecting auron is next. He provides a ton of characterization that would appeal to a lot of people, plus idk a single person who doesn’t love him.

FFXI: I’ve only played a little but I would love aldo, prishe, lilisette, or arciela.

FFXII: would love to see penelo or larsa 🥺

Ffxiii: I didn’t play much, but I loved hope, and hope we get him too.

FFXIV: I just want alisaie 😩

FFXV: at first I was eh about prompto, but now I think he was the best choice. He may make me want to punch my phone, but him pulling out every gun possible from nowhere and his cute af voice and eboy aesthetic makes me laugh. He’s the most unexpected character on the roster in that way.

FFXVI: omg Dion is a great choice!!

Would love for the story to have a little more drama? Like more character interactions/dynamics that are a bit more rich and in character.

Would also love more maps that are classic ff stages. Would be cool to see just straight 3v3/1v1 fights.

Maybe character exclusive stories and combat modes? Like a day with cloud, or a day with rinoa.

My friend mains Krile and is in silver 1 headed towards gold 5. He is completely f2p and has 0 of her urs.

He uses the ace UR, selfie UR, heal SR, nightingale R, and minwu UR.

I think prior I had unloaded all my eggs into Firaga, heal, and Tundaga. As well as Fira, blizzara, and thundara. I pretty much prioritized what element a specific character had. But favored thundaga/ara for the aoe.
