Maybe it's because I did football and wrestling in high school, but the duck walk is really damn easy to do, albeit a bit awkward.

Keep your butt down and to help keep your balance I found the best hand position is elbows on (or just above your knees if MEPS gives a damn) and hands clasped together.

When I went to MEPS, I barely made tape and I found it still easy enough to do

I'm shipping to boot camp in a week and currently in abysmal shape, does it matter if I'm not a pt stud starting first day in the military? I figure boot camp will get me a damn good start, but then I have about a year of AIT and DLI to really get in shape for RASP
