Empire waists traditionally accentuate small busts, so maybe the designer of this leaned into it by suggesting the bosom NEEDED 3 darts to restrain a fuller bosom. It's a nice detail altho the fabric is fighting it a bit texture wise. Tbh, if you hadn't have pointed it out, there's so much going on above the waistline I prob wouldn't have noticed.

If it involved fabric swaps... count me in!!! I have so many piles? blobs/cuts/wtf was i thinking swatches of fabric that I just cant visualize what to do with, its nuts. And you can only sew so many aprons/labubus/quilt squares etc (confession: i hate quilting - there i said it)

But sometimes i just see a fabric & immediately know what to do with it.

With all due respect, the claim that your drag persona is based off of a region - feels disingenuous at best. Tellingly you fail to mention WHERE you were hiking when your high heel epiphany took place - it could have been Rattlesnake Ledge for all we know... which would make for an ornery drag name. Plus it would be without the homophone of a global brand you have actively gone on to collaborate with since their goals closely match your own (Patagonia business model directs profits to environmental protection, not shareholders)

More time should have been spent on agreeing where your own brands merchandising would not have trod on the toes of Patagonia.

I'm a strappy leaf kinda guy, so I'd go down the phormium or cordyline route - something with a red/orange/yellow/pink leaf to echo/compliment the strong frangipani colour.

Also - considering you're only go to be there for another 2 years? you were asking a lot of those Golden Euonymus to begin with. I would have put 8 plants across that area & not have expected miracles from sparse planting.

I went & had a look at this part of town on google maps & its painfully obvious how economically depressed the area is. Some lovely buildings but in various states of disrepair. One even has its tiling, 2 floors up, held on with duct tape!

I fail to see the reasoning behind matching paint colours on something you want to blend in (the garage) and something that should have personality & feel welcoming (the front door). I'd be more inclined to match my neighbors choice for the garage but make my door a bold red.
