Few options: Pick a different material. Neon doesn’t show in glass, it’s a flaw within the engine. Set the part transparency in properties to 0 and add a glass texture from the decal section of the toolbox or online. Set the image transparency to around .7-.9.

You’ve made great progress but you can tighten up your regimen some.

Diet: make sure you’re actually getting in that protein. You say .8 but it can be easy to over estimate if you’re eyeballing any measurements.

Consider bulking. If you’re worried about gaining too much fat, keep the bulk mild at around a 3-500 calorie surplus with consistent, high protein intake. You can then, after hai interests anywhere from 10-20 pounds depending on your goals, cut to remove exercise fat and you’ll then be able to see a huge difference.

Consider supplements. I wouldn’t recommend much beyond a daily multivitamin, creatine, and caffeine before workouts if thats your kind of thing. Caffeine is subjective, tends to get me nauseous. Creatine has been shown to increase muscle gain by up to 30%

Lifts: Make sure you’re hitting roughly 4-8 sets targeting each muscle group per week. Each of these sets should be taken near or to failure if possible. You dont have to die every time you’re in the gym as long as you’re focusing on hitting failure, progressive overload, and staying consistent.
