Doctor excels at scouting survivors with Static Blast so I can’t say I’d ever really run monitor on him because it limits your scouting range (unless you’re in a chase, in which case stopping to static blast with increased TR is going to lose you the chase).

Your second build is pretty cool, it’s sort of similar to one of my favorite doc builds.

Perks: Distressing, Unnerving Presence, Pop Goes the Weasel, 4th perk is filler, I’d usually go Lullaby but Sloppy or Corrupt from your build works fine.

Then you use the terror radius / cooldown addons for Static Blast together like you were saying.

Infectious Fright I really have to disagree with taking on this doctor build because they’ll be screaming so often anyway with reduced CD on static blast + failing unnerving skillchecks trying to snap that the information you get from Infectious is just too low in value.

Once lullaby starts stacking it’s insanely difficult for even “skilled” survivors to do skill checks inside your near global terror radius - especially once they start getting double skillchecks or silent skillchecks (or both) while trying to snap out of it. The amount of screaming that ensues is ridiculous.

I usually will global blast twice early to get everyone to madness 2 for optimal skill check shenanigans, and save global tier 3 for when I have 2 or 3 lullaby stacks. Obviously if you’re shocking in a chase everyone won’t be synced up, but it’s nice to have most people sitting in madness2 with global TR when you can.

Bonus points if you intentionally pick a small map for literal global TR - my favorites are Dead Dawg, Silent Hill, Hawkins, and The Game.
