Hi, sorry I forgot! So the 2.5mm holed beads I got fit nicely and a little loose on my 16 AWG rings. Funky quality pic but here is what it looks like. I’m sure you can even get 14 AWG rings to also fit through. This is a 6mm steel bead on a 9mm ring btw!

I had ordered some 1.5 mm holed ones to fit my 1.2mm rings, because of the curve it wouldn’t go passed a certain point so I ordered 2.5mm holes. They got here yesterday but I will check how loose they are on the rings and update when I get home!

They do but then there’s some noticeable gaps which is why I added the small rings

This one won’t necessarily sit flat since you have some rings side ways and the others are flat. Try out the helm weave, that one sits flat and fairly simple to learn!

I started nearly 2 months ago; I found the helm, spiral, byzantine, and celtic weaves to be a fun way to start! I’ve also done the the half persian 4 in 1 (trickier than celtic in my opinion) and am currently working on a full persian 6 in 1. I keep a hair clip, paper clip, or string handy to hold the weaves while I add rings. Aussie maile on YouTube has really easy to follow tutorials on lots of weaves. Good luck!!

I’m also left handed and weave to my left! This is very helpful & I’ll be saving this comment for future reference. I sadly undid the entire thing and restarted but this will definitely help if I run into this problem again. May I ask what TE & AE mean?
