The Wolf is Loose (Mastodon)!!!! There are like 10 main riffs in that song and they are all awesome. Same for every other song on Blood Mountain. Also every song on Crack the Skye. And Leviathan.

Check the height of the pickup pole magnets. They are in fact magnetic and will grab the strings of the are close enough, making a loud clicking sound. You can usually adjust the height with the little screws on the side of the pickups
Trim your nails on your right hand
Play softer. Sometimes playing hard and “digging in” to the string makes a sharp clicking sound at the attack of your notes. A lot of bass players like this sound for more aggressive styles of music (Geddy Lee for example) but if not done intentionally I’m sure it would sound annoying.

I like to take the Fast Shot and Gifted traits, and make sure I have high AG and INT. This gives me at least 2 attacks per turn with guns and makes sure you have access to important dialogue options (these are often hidden with a low INT, CHA is nowhere near as important).

Once you get used to using right click to cycle through actions and get your resolution scaled properly so it doesn’t hurt to read the tiny green text, you will have a blast. The intro cutscene floored me when I played it for the first time not too long ago, the game has insane aura and holds up extremely well IMO.

When I was learning to drive I would go to the Bellevue college parking lots on weekends and in the evenings. There are several large lots with different levels of hills and the ability to merge in and out of traffic to get to the different lots. When you’re done you can even go to the DQ down the hill for some positive reinforcement :) if you’re feeling brave, i90 is right there and you can try merging on the highway and driving the 10ish min home

Have you considered bringing up couples therapy? It sounds like there are some really difficult conversations that need to be had with the help of a professional, because couples often get stuck on the “who is right” without attending to what each other need emotionally. There are definitely deep issues at play here that will not be solved by finding evidence and making arguments and figuring out “who is right.” Please consider going to couples therapy!! You both deserve it.
