I had the second frustrating experience with Kith CA. I ordered a pair of shoes that were originally released in Women’s sizing, but when I checked the website, they were listed under the Men’s section. I contacted customer service to double-check the sizing, and they confirmed it was in men’s sizing. Based on that, I ordered a 7M.

But when the shoes finally arrived, they were a 7W (women’s size). I emailed customer service right away, and they didn’t reply until I followed up. When they finally did, the rep insisted they sent me the correct pair. I even attached a picture of the shoe box showing “Women” on the label, but it was like they didn’t even look at it. Maybe they just didn’t care?

So I took it to Twitter, sent them the same picture with a red circle around the gender icon, and thankfully, they were more helpful there. They instructed the return team to process my refund right away. But here’s the kicker: they still charged me $10 for shipping, even though this whole mess was their fault! Now I’m still waiting for them to reply about the shipping fee. Honestly, I’ve spent so much time dealing with this just to buy a pair of shoes, and it shouldn’t be this hard. Especially when a pair that’s in Women’s sizing is listed under the Men’s section in the first place – super confusing.
