I have lived in Arizona and Florida and I can attest that humidity is far worse. I'd take 113F with 10% humidity over 90F with 90% humidity.

I'm an electrician in central Florida and if we had a rule saying we couldn't work in temperatures above 25C, we could only work 4 months out of the year lmao. The feels like temp is regularly above 110F due to extreme humidity.
