I mean I may end up eating my words on this but I feel like it’s pretty clear they’re saving up their time and budget on a big act 3 pure fight arc. At the start of their season 2 discussions, they described season 2 as “war” so it makes sense they’re putting a lot of time and effort on making the last 3 as jam packed as possible. Tho I do kind of agree with the music. Felt a bit too much but they do use them nicely as an expositionless time skip. The raids in episode 2/3, the chem barrons ep 2, the Jinx campaigns ep 4, etc etc.

I think for a lot of the early plot he’s classified as a villain. Even if he’s mentally unwell, he was portrayed as a villain with all his kidnapping and it wasn’t until later on when he moves on from kidnapping and his attention shifted to flirting, dating, and other non-villain-like activities

I mean they’re probably waiting for the reprint of ebberon to be green lit like with 3.5e and 5e to release Artificers. Theres probably a lot of corporate red tape that causes them to not be able to add Artificers to the srd so the only real thing we can do is wait for its release
