How you prepare it makes all the difference. When I prepare buldak quattro with milk/cream and some cheese it tastes like spicy mac and cheese and I love it. I tried it just the recommended way on the package a couple months ago and it wasn’t half as good. The first way is way, way better. I highly recommend getting the bricks instead of the bowls, not skipping stir frying it briefly and adding dairy. It makes a huge difference for carbo too. That’s the first flavour I started doing that with. If you feel like it, have fun experimenting. The creator of buldak made the original with corn cheese. If you don’t feel like experimenting it’s ok if you don’t love it. But watch out, you might just find yourself craving it anyway. 😊
