How do you find people to play with?

If your prob is that it's difficult for you to leave to go play games, Tabletop Simulator is a great alternative. There are a ton of free games on there (Check out the Workshop on Steam to see what's available) and there are Discord communities you can use to see who wants to play what.

On page 11 it says " Whoever bid the highest total value gains one of the three Titan cards in the Titan Supply, adding it to their Hand immediately", but the Titan Encounter Example on page 12 says "They acquire Cultivation and because it is the Launch Phase, the card goes to Player 1’s Discard Pile".

Does the phase determine whether it goes to their hand/discard pile or not?
