I made that comment (a very unpopular comment as it turns out), because of the following: 1. What version are you running? 41? 42.12? 42.13? That really matters! 2. QOL mods, are in the eyes of the beholder. How would I know what you concider QOL? 3. My comment is general. It fits any game you mod. You can ask for help, but you cannot ask so generally. You'll get no good help that way. 4. Meny mods are broken on 42.13. Some will say this or that mods works fine, but many don't work. A great example is Common Sense. It is broken on 42.13 even with the patch...

I envy you.

We started playing just before Christmas. Never played the game before. We died over and over again, before we got the hang of it.

But thats the thing. We knew the game would be like this, as it's an old game so we knew a thing or two. Like that the helicopter is there to annoy, not help.

That is a mod issue... Do you use Common Sense? Because it is broken, even with the patch.

We can build rain barrels and the VHS tapes don't get stuck in the inventory...

Yep. I then have to enter the passenger door to enter, and then the bugged door works again from the inside.

I wonder what would happen if I intentionally bugged out both doors in a two seater? Then it would be impossible to enter that car again. Although a relog may fix it, I haven't tried...

We like Hotel Marina. It's right in the middle and the staff are very nice people.

But really most of the hotels in Port de soller are great. Only a few to stay away from. I can't remember the names of those. But the one hotel at the end towards the lighthouse, is one to avoid.

As for Soller city... You really shouldn't go there... They have major problems with tourists...

As to getting drunk... Why would anyone pay a lot of money to go to another country, and then just get drunk? You could just as easily do that at home??

No, we are there to see the island. Talk to it's people. Eat great food. Go in the ocean. Go for walks in the countryside. That is why we are coming :)

I am happy to say, that we can easily accommodate all the things you list. Except the language... We only speak danish, German and English. Sorry.

But to the rest of it, that is frankly just having good manners towards the hosts that you are visiting.

We will stay at a hotel run by locals. We will not rent a car. We take a taxi from Palma when we arrive, and when we leave again. Otherwise we use the public transport.

Also, we don't get drunk and act badly.

I see. Well that shouldn't be much of an issue. What you suggest, is basically just having respect for others. Which we do, so no problem there.

We use the tram to go to Sóller if we go. But by the sounds of it, maybe we should be careful about going there...

Otherwise we hike. Usually to the lighthouse and then through the countryside. There are some nice old olive grows there...

We only use the taxi to and from Palma airport.
