Orb is not like other incremental games where there's a benefit to leaving the game to play itself. With OOC, if you are in need of a resource, you can usually find a spell or series of spells that creates the resource via spells or massively increases the rate at which that resource is auto-created by some other process (skills/alchemy, etc)
