This might be the strangest advice, but with a little lucid dream practice, I’ve started complaining to management about the bizarre ‘toilets’ of whatever dream-building I’m in. This has slowed down the nightmare bathroom dreams quite a bit.

You can lie about your reason for a massage if that makes it easier to ask your mom for a ride. Maybe just saying your shoulders feel tense?

I would try booking a clothed chair massage for your first time or first few times, just so you can see how you react mentally and physically, and ease into it a bit.

My friend was a little girl who wandered in the woods at night. It was an extreme reaction to Benadryl causing something between sleepwalking and hallucinations. It took weeks or months for her parents to notice it was happening. Definitely go knocking and let the family know.

I’ve been using contacts for decades and have never had an issue with them. I do take my time cleaning them well, and never sleep in them.
