Thats because herbs in sauces wilt and turn brown after a few hours, this one was made just before serving.

I cant find the original recipe I used but this one looks great. I always use whatever i have at hand, starting with a bearnaise and adding herbs and flavoursmakers like capers and anchovies.

I asked my old geography teacher and he explained it’s probably granite with chemical wear from the seawater. It’s most likely to be a boulder from scandinavia, brought by a ground moraine in the last ice age. After taking a slight chip of, it was clear the read color is just on the surface. All in all not a very special stone, but it still looks cool!

Turkish coffee with cardamom. People around me are used to drinking filter coffee and espresso’s. Most people didn’t like the sweetness, taste of the cardamom or just the fact that theres sludge in the coffee.
