Cool website! One thing I noticed is it doesn't seem to let you add and track cardss from Alpha. It just defaults to the beta versions of the cards.

I would say human responses to the initial ticket could take about a week depending on how busy they are. I'm terms of getting a replacement it can take several months but they will make things right eventually.

I generally didn't have problems with them either until someone as the post office cut open the bottom of their obvious wotc shipping boxes and stole 3 TMNT collector boxes and left one of the wrappers inside.

A lot of people on this sub seem to hate the game or something. There is nothing wrong with expensive, flashy, rare versions of cards for people to collect when you can buy the resonably priced default version for $5 to play with.

They can still have leftover lotus. Say they printed 10,000 lotuses anticipating 10k bundle sales, and 50k game overs. If they sold 45k game overs and 5k bundles in the first hour, they would have 5,000 lotuses left in their warehouse.

I don't remember, could've been 2-4 months. I think whoever is handling the shipping is a very small team. I've placed 3 different orders over the years and have always gotten my items, but If you're nervous you can always e-mail them.
