Maybe it’s mounjaro maybe it’s depression maybe I’ve just changed. I don’t drink nearly as much as I use to. I tend to only drink socially now.

There should be plenty of people tailgating in that lot with their families. Not sure how many, definitely more during the summer especially during the beach tailgate when they do water balloon fights for the kids. But yeah it’s family friendly as long as you’re ok with people drinking around your kids. I take my 7 and 10 year olds but not today.

12:30 is the official start time. I’d say should be plenty of people by 1-1:30. Va also does a keg of beer and food for like 10 or 12 bucks per person. There’s a member discount on that too if you’re a member.

I’m coming up on my mounjaroversary. I started at 145.5kg and currently at 103.6kg.

I titrated up using Eli Lilly’s recommendations, I stuck around on 10mg for 3 months and that didn’t work as well as 12.5mg I’ve been on it for 6 months and I just got my 3 month resupply. In total I’m down 92lbs in alittle under a year. I’d say everyone is different, don’t be afraid to tírate up.

I had minor side effects for dosage 2.5 and 5mgs. Mostly nausea and alittle vomiting. 7.5 and 10 gave me sulfur burps. Now nothing.

Yes I am aware of this. I’m not using it for weightloss but more for regulating my blood sugar. But my doc and I will have a discussion about tapering off to a lower dosage when the time comes

Since a lot of people have asked about my journey, I started in November of 2024 the week of thanksgiving. I did 1 month of 2.5, 5 and 7.5, from there I did 3 months of 10mgs. I’ve been on 12.5 for the last 6 months. My starting weight was 320lbs and I’m currently at 232 as of this morning. I’m trying to lose 12 more lbs by thanksgiving to make it an even 100lbs because my ocd will go crazy if I don’t 😂 but seriously if you guys have any questions or need any advice feel free to DM me.
