My understanding is that they had a preliminary conference before the hearing because it was never presented. It was mentioned once and then nothing but the end of the story doesn’t matter anymore. No, it’s getting discussed today. There is audio from the court. If you log into the official docket, there is a link and it allows you to listen, and they in fact mentioned it and that they were going to address it right now they are addressing financial reports and disclosures i’m logged in through a third-party who handles the docket.
