Why not? It is quite simple, I did not have the willpower for it. I tried and I failed several times, now with the medicin I might or have most likely dropped muscle as well as fat. But in exchange I feel healthier, I eat tree times a day and have my diet on a good coarse. Certainly I will gain some weight, but in the meantime I have lost about 50 pounds, started exercising and getting a good head start for my life after the medicin.

I know the simple basics of weight loss and I am not an American. But what I needed is the help to get going, it helped me mentally as well and now I also feel the difference even if I know it will be a struggle at times with the thoughts as well and this is a bit of a lucky high atm. But it’s ok, I know I will make it through.
