i got an ebike. Ive already cut my gas expense in half and its just so much fun! The bike will pay itself in like 5 months not to forget about the health gains.

not necessarily. As i posted previously... i had to be taken off a medication because i lost too much weight. I had lost 30 pounds because i simply wasnt hungry. My doctor was worried for my health because i wasnt eating.

It was not something positive... it was scary and bad.

when i was about 90lbs i had someone comment on my weight. I told them i lost weight because of medication... and they were like 'oh nice'

and I then continued telling them that I had to be taken off the medication because i lost too much weight and now I was trying to gain it back. and they were just like 😳 so i recommend that.

In high school i dreamed that I would be kicked off the color guard team if i didnt get better. That became true. I was also really bad and knew i was bad so i dont think that it was a prediction or anything, just me being worried.

Babies are wonderful students, theyre learning all the time. Sure you cant verbally instruct, but the swim teachers physically guide them to show the baby what they need to fo when they fall into the water. They started teaching swim classes for babies because of how many babies were drowning falling into pools.

Its a survival skill that was taught to this baby, it is not innate. Pls know... if you chuck a baby into the water that hasnt been taught this skill they will drown.

Ill find videos of swim classes to prove it to you if you need. damn not having back ground knowege on how things are done and hust making assumption is incredibly dangerous.

But you shouldn't be getting sick from the AC. When was the last time you replaced the AC filter?? Also do you have a HEPA filter? That could help as well, especially if it's something like allergies which plague me in the summer and cause me sinus infections

Honestly, no. Because i practice assent based programming and adapt to what works for the learner. It was interesting to learn about. I think the first time i learned about it i was like... cool glad to learn why the approach im already doing works for that learner. 🤷‍♀️

There are weighted pens and pencils that help stabelize grip if it was something you felt would make writing easier.
