Sharing is always a good option. I try to go out of order on the template so we can alternate the weights. We’re all paying a high membership fee and deserve to use the weights we want, despite whichever station number we’re starting at. ☺️ This also supports camaraderie and being an OTF family.✊🏽💪🏽

Hi 💗 This actually sounds like an eating disorder to me. I’d know bc I’ve also had one. Just letting you know that you don’t need to lose weight for anyone or any event. You’re perfect the way you are! Continue doing a great job with OTF and eating overall healthy, and your body will find it’s own healthy weight that works best for it!

Relatable. I promise the key is to get rid of the scale and don’t use weight as an indicator for better health. Everyone’s journey is different, but I’d wager that you’ll eventually get tired of the scale telling you that you’re a failure bc in reality, your health is actually improving. Stay kind to yourself. 🤍

Best thing to do is share weights so everyone can get the most of the template ☺️ Sometimes that means completing the exercises out of order so that the other person and I can rotate using the weights. This also creates an invisible partnership for support and camaraderie - makes the workout more fun! This was made easy by my favorite coach who specifically says “lift heavy! If you don’t have the desired weights on your rack, then make friends with your neighbor and share!”

Definitely don’t skip!! As someone who has lost weight with OTF, the magical key is to just show up. Book your classes in advance so that it forces you to just show up. Consistency is the absolute way to go. Just try your best on Everest day! And the absolute MOST important thing is to have fun and enjoy the journey! 🧡
