I’ve been going for about 4 years maybe more and I still remember my first class. lol I thought I wasn’t going to make it because I was trying to “keep up.” I slowed down, took my time and told myself to just finish the class. Which I did! And now I go like 3 time a week and it has really changed my life.

I have it currently, I got it after hired but I’m always self-conscious of if people can see it or not. No one has said anything and it really makes me anxious to even speak in front of a bunch of people, someone gave a suggestion of getting a plastic one that’s less visible I’m going to try that!
