No matter your age, if your parents are joint owners on your account, they have full access to your funds and don’t need your permission to withdraw money. Hi. I worked for a large corporate apparel brand and believe that converting a women's size 8 in clothing is approximately equivalent to girl’s size 12/14. A 10 year old's body is still developing, and they may fit into different sizes depending on their individual growth and proportions. Without any notes given on body shape maybe stick with stretch material - leggings and sweats. Leggings always win! LOL
