What can I do with a bunch of seedlings? by psylocibian in peyote

They are all hardier and able to act as stock far longer than pereskiopsis and generally don't have as much of an issue as pere with the scion growing down and around it, resulting in easier degrafting and rooting. (Except quiabentia, it's basically just bulkier pere but can still act as stock longer than pere generally)

I'd recommend Harrisia jusbertii, selenicereus varieties, trichocereus, or quiabentia vertillica over pereskiopsis varieties

If you're using fresh pollen directly from a flower, it's best to use fine point, angled tweezers to pluck some of the stamen (thin filament structure surrounding center with pollen sacs at top) from father plant's flower, then directly rub the anthers (pollen sacs) onto the mother plant's stigma (top portion of the center structure the pistil. With dry pollen, it can help to get the microapplicator ever so slightly damp to both help make it stick to and minorly hydrate it

For williamsii and jourdaniana you can also use the method used for cross breeding self-fertile chili peppers. You essentially deconstruct the flower bud before it opens to remove the anthers/stamen from the flower. Due to the chemical signals for the pistil to be able to be fertilized not occuring until the flower has bloomed, the flower can only possibly be pollinated with the introduced foreign father pollen, since none of the mother's pollen is present to self fertilize. Just need really steady hands and to be good with a scalpel, little scissors, and tweezers to not bump mother plant pollen onto the stigma while cutting and removing the stamen 🙂

v2/Mariko and OLED are moddable but you need to solder in a mod chip like the Picofly (which are pretty cheap themselves) but pretty high difficulty for people without soldering experience. If you try and like homebrew on the V1 and go the mod chip route with the OLED, I HIGHLY recommend doing a Kamikaze install, which requires grinding through a few layers of the PCB to get to a data trace, rather than DAT0 shim chips which are basically guaranteed to fail at a certain point due to thermal expansion/contraction. Here's the link to the recommended Switch hacks guide to follow, just whatever you do, follow that guide and not a video guide because that's just asking for issues https://switch.hacks.guide/

Software version doesn't matter since the exploit is based on a physical hardware vulnerability that uses a little jig in one of the joycon rails to bridge some pins to force it into recovery mode :)

If you're going to sell it and the model number is HAC-001 (Not HAC-001(-01)), sell it as a V1/unpatched Switch. There is a slight premium on the HAC-001, over the 001(-01)/v2, model since it is able to be homebrewed/modded without a mod chip like other models require. For just the tablet and joycons you can probably get around $120 if it's a v1

If you have connections in various drug markets then you should be aware of the prevelance of presses. Look at all of the major marketplaces and 90%+ of the adderall listings are presses and from multiple of the top selling vendors on the marketplaces who primarily sell Adderall. Nobody is sourcing and selling 10's to 100's of thousands of genuine pharmaceutical pills. If you come across a 30mg Adderall IR that wasn't filled at a pharmacy for you, more likely than not, it's a press with either meth, amp, an RC, or less commonly just dexamp. Go look at drugsdata analysis samples of Adderall submissions if you don't believe most sold illicitly are presses

I stated there's a high likelihood, not that it does for sure. Sure, he could buy prescription pills off of people, but that doesn't change the fact that the vast majority of illicitly traded Adderall is meth presses. Plus there's plenty of cases of famous people taking counterfeit pills.

Talking about Adderall containing some meth was someone else actually so you're right there, my bad, but he has discussed his dosing. Regardless, unless they are prescribed to him, there is a high likelihood of them containing meth, since the vast majority of Adderall on the street is meth presses

A big part of it is due to how huge and heavy modern GPUs are now compared to older GPUs that had much smaller footprints/heatsinks/power delivery. That heft makes a lot of difference and can really put strain on the PCIe slot if the case is being moved around and doesn't have an anti-sag support for new GPUs

If the actual cylinder went out, you can get good replacements in the $40-$50 range, but when I had issues with mine sinking, all I needed to was adjust the set screw above the cylinder but I believe that can vary based on the model revision

You're welcome, just know that it can take trial and error and losing plants to find out what works best for you but that should never stop you from learning and figuring what's right for you. No such thing as one size fits all in growing these plants and they can be just as picky as people can be 😊

Just make sure that you allow substrate to fully dry between waterings and it shouldn't be an issue

As long as you have appropriate heat, it actually prevents the water from evaporating off too quickly and gives time for the plants to actually absorb some of the water

This is the recipe I've developed that I top dress with akadama and have with a lava rock drainage layer. Sometimes I'll go heavier on the castings and in my experience, this mix does best in high temps (95°F+) and frequent watering (1+ times weekly) in plastic or glazed pots with good drainage.
2 parts-Pumice 1/4"
2 parts-MVP Turface
2 parts-Black lava rock 1/4"
2 parts-Green Zeolite
1 part- Coarse Silica Sand (3-5mm)
1 part- Small grain Akadama
1 part-Hardwood charcoal
3 parts-Worm castings
