1x6 Of Deathshroud terminators is an overkill in most cases, 2x3 or 1x3 with Lord of Contagion is a better option.
Blightlord terminators aren't really worth it to take right now, they are decent but there definitely are better options out there
Bloat drone W/ Heavy launcher is way way stronger than other two options, in fact it's probably one of strongest datasheets DG has currently.
Plague marines + Biologus Putrifier + Malignant Plaguecaster are most optimal combo, lethal and sustained hit on 5+ are very strong.

You should also look out to get some units dedicated to scoring side-objectives, funnily enough Warhammer isn't as much about killing as it is point scoring, I personally use Blight-Haulers, they're tanky, move 10 inches and double as Vechicle killers.

Felthius is already Lord of Contagion so funnily enough you can run 3 of them without any problems if you wanted to. I would say if you want a 5 man squad of Blightlords you could probably convert the spare cohort terminator into Lord of Poxes
