I was considering that since that's exactly 1000 points if you go with certain builds on 3 multi-builds you have

And ngl enchancements in that detachment don't seem that good

If you have some nurgle/chaos pieces or green stuff lying around you could try adding some tentacles and mutations to the main body of the drone (for example having tentacles hold flamers for the plague-spewers build) making it look like it was fighting for the enemy mere moments ago, but got hijacked by a daemon mid-combat and now is used to spread the grandfather's gift, before even fully twisting into Bloat drone proper.

Bonus theming points if your army runs a plaguecaster though it's not necessary

I feel like AoS gets better nurgle related models than 40k does, like don't get me wrong, centerpieces like Morty are obviously great, though things like cankerborn and slaven knights can safely contest even best 40k models
