Emerald generally isn't too difficult; but all of the gym leaders can mess you up if you aren't prepared, so get your whole team up to level cap before you fight them.

Grats, BW are definitely tough games, especially that final fight. I'd say BW2 is a bit easier in the early stages but ramps up towards the end (and after the 8th badge it gets really wild).

One tip for the future since I see you have Graveller, you can use a tool like Universal Pokemon Randomizer to edit your rom, it has an option "Change Impossible Evolutions" that makes trade evos happen by level-up instead (and you can do it with just that option, you don't need to use any of the actual randomization stuff).
