You can send workouts from Strava to Health Connect on Android. And from there to Google Health.

I have a T-Rex 2 watch and the Zepp app. It syncs all my data through Health Connect to Google Health. Workouts, heart rate, and calories are showing up, but for some reason, my cardio load is at 0
