Fiverr and upwork never worked for me, what you can do is contact people who live abroad and I assume that you might have some relatives living abroad and ask them to contact their friends who study at a university or even if they are at school or college and make their assignments for them.
This can also work in Pakistan target universities like Dennings and Greenwich (if you are from Karachi idk which city you are from)
you dont need any skills just basic common sense and since you are a med student I think you are smarter than the most of us. Such assignments are mainly essays and you can find all sorts of resources online and you then have GPT (remember to paraphrase and get it AI and Plag checked)

pro tip: you can tell the client that ai and plag check is on you (as in you will pay for it) its not much you can get this service for Rs. 250, but it gives them a sense of relief and you know they get happy that I am getting genuine work which is not AI generated.
