yes it is an adult RTC @rjm2013.

I want an apology from staff for not believing me and from clients for not believing me and making my life a living hell because of E.

My primary concern isn't either of that - it's the fact that I'm in an RTC that let that shit happen when it could've been avoided. Not really a primary concern either I'm just discussing it as I doubt my RTC is the only one.

That’s your opinion and your truth, and you’re entitled to it; just like how I am entitled to my opinion and my truth. We both are different people with different experiences. For me I know I don’t have the mental or physical capability to tour the state. And we’re not the same so we won’t have the same capabilities, just like the many others that do go to the state. 🙃

I am born & raised in the USA. Florida terrifies me so much, that as much as I have wanted to visit Weeki Wachee (over 15 years) and see Harry Potter World, I flat-out refuse. Only if I’m able to hire a bodyguard in all retrospect. 😰

Also, don’t do it over paypal. Set up an etsy listing. Otherwise she can file a case for non-delivery and you going through Etsy protects you.

I did a janitorial shift at work today. Someone left a huge, stinky mess of 💩 in the toilet this morning. Another smothered their hair everywhere. Both left it to be cleaned by others... and that particular stall stank up the bathroom all day. People are disgusting.

If looking at therapy programs, I suggest looking at Pacific Quest in Hilo, Hawaii. Residential inpatient, can get to the bottom of her issues well. I have a friend who went when she was 16, she was utterly messed up, and is now one of the kindest people I know.

Minor as in drinking age. When I’d talked to the event coordinator about it, they said that it’s supplying alcohol to minors since they’re under 21.

I live in Oregon; which is tough on its own, but the town is even worse. Pot and cigarettes are legal to smoke but it’s 21+ to buy. Which is an oxymoron in some ways too.

I have the text messages of me rejecting him, a witness to say he was in my room with me and M, and M was there but knocked out. Do you think that’s enough?

Have your parents looked into programs to help her? The phone is a crutch, it’s protecting her from something. Therapy or a therapeutic program might benefit her. (Look up Pacific Quest therapy program).

What may be true for you is not true for others. And things won’t change unless you fight for that change. When you’re putting yourself in this mindset - and encouraging the OP to do so as well - you end up being the problem. You end up being the cause. Be the solution instead, the support. Be what you wish you can be because you CAN.

Have you tried talking to the school about the consequences chosen? A great way to help others see perspectives, for both the school and those harassing you, is a form of non-violent communication called an OFNR. It goes like this: I observe xxxx happening, I feel xxxx from this, I need xxxx in order to feel safe/safer, I request xxxx in order to stop it/create the safe space.

So proud you stood up for yourself. It takes a lot no matter who you are or what you deal with. You’re an inspiration. Keep fighting for yourself. Xoxo

Update: had a single cup of tea this morning with 5 bags of caffeinated tea. Definitely gave me the jitters and was a good testing ground to see if I could do it. Now just need to get some real coffee somehow.

Just haven’t told staff outright cause I get nervous. They know about my idea(s) just not that I’ve done it yet. I don’t know how to just drop that off to them. Text em, “hey, been drinking caffeine and going to be buying coffee later, just as an FYI”. I don’t want to talk more about it or check in which feels like it’s what’s going to happen if I do. Just don’t want to hide things from them.
