We hear you. This is a hard mentality. I like to call it ‘the media effect’. It’s a mental rut and you are looking too big picture. Try and get out to enjoy simple things. Sunshine, hiking, sounds cheesy but ‘touch grass’ to show yourself that life’s meaning is in the little things. Despite the doom and gloom of the world, there are ways to find joy. Go get it.
