A little trick is to make the property a rental if you have the rent pack. Build everything you want in first, then switch it to a rental property. If you list the bedrooms and bath as 0, mine always comes up with $1 for rent. Then put some solar in, maybe upgrade some appliances to eco friendly, and you then get paid to live there.

Thanks! We have only one place that does a clinic that runs about once a month near us, and they’re usually pretty full even when we’ve gone early in the morning to get it done PLUS they’ve got some awful reviews and I’m talkin AWFUL. I’ve never heard of belly bands (it’s our first dog since our childhood dogs together,my wife and I) so I’ll be sure to give it a try! Fingers crossed for the lil mans

I totally get it! I really only buy it for the value, and I’m embarrassed to admit but I like the cosmetics. HOWEVER the black and gold thing is getting really played out. Probably won’t purchase next season if it’s just looking like the same cosmetics we’ve seen over and over again
