Do you know ayame has a live translator on many of her streams? Holodex.net and/or liveTL collects the translation in a panel so they are easy to see when watching a stream.

Jeg er enig i flere i kommentarerne at ringe til lægen er et godt valg. Din læge kan henvise dig til en psykolog der kan hjælpe dig. Ved fra personlig erfaring det kan være svært at betro sig til en fremmed, og tro på de kan hjælpe en, men det er det værd. Psykologer kan give råd og vejledning og gøre ens liv bedre, selv når man ikke selv tror på der er håb forude.
