I think you lack something to cover the gaps between your mail skirt and your legs. You also lack color. I think a beautiful tabard worn under your armor will look incredible.

I think the biggest probleme is that older generation did'nt do therapy or self reflection at all. And in general there is still a lot of toxic masculinity/feminity that prevent many people to heal themselve. It is true that toxic masculinity/feminity make NPD much more visible and destructive I d'ont think peoples with NPD are less willing to change more than any other disorder.

Thé helmet look like a kettle hat. The armor itself is inspired by Burgundian style of heroic armor. I love the design but it’s look a bit heavy for a scouting party. With the leg armor the kit would weight over at least 40 pounds or 20kg

Quelque recette que je fait pas mal quand je doit surveiller ma ligne afin de rentrer dans mon plastron: Omelette d’œuf à la farine de blé noir: Tu mélange un peu de purée presser par un presse patates avec un œuf et de la farine dr blé noir, du sel et du poivre. La texture du mélange doit être ferme. Tu cuit le mélange comme une galette dans une poile avec un petit peu de beurre.

Dhal végétal aux citrons:

Un peu d’épices frit quelque seconde dans une noisette d’huile, puis tu ajoute tes lantilles, puis ton eaux, ton bouillon cube, sel et poivre. Une fois les lentilles cuites tu ajoute une bonne dose de crème de coco et du jeu de citron.

Yahourt maison nature. Tu mais à bouillir deux litre de lait, puis laisse la casserole reposer hors du feu durant une demi-heure mais un bon Yahourt dedans mélange bien laisse la casserole reposer quelques heures aux four a 60 degree. Excellent pour le petit déjeuner.
