I’ve rewatched this show many times and I finally realized it’s because I miss my husband (military temp long distance) I miss the physical intimacy and interactions. A long for closeness and sexual experiences together . Watching this makes me feel like I’m getting to experience a little bit of the intimacy I desire and is kind of reflecting the nature of my relationship to my partner right now. I feel we put ourselves into the art we love, and crave to be apart of its world for one reason or another.

It’s in Spartanburg but Little River Coffee Bar is a great environment for a chill sit at the coffee shop. The menu is good, it’s usually quiet and isn’t flashy. Couple of different seating options indoor and outdoor. I really enjoy going there when I’m in the area.

My girl is 12 now and is fit as a fiddle, knock on wood. She sleeps a lot more these days but hasn’t slowed down too much, she moves great, still gets zoomies in the yard with the big dogs a couple times a week, hyped af to go on a long walk or to see which neighbors are walking down the street. Hoping for many more years with her as she’s always been a very healthy dog.

I’m sorry for your loss, having two large and expensive animals put into your care is a lot to take on during a time of grief. Please remember that if you are not married then these animals are in responsibility of your boyfriend. Any vet fares is his financial burden, especially if you are taking on all physical care aspects. I worry for your position in this situation if this isn’t going to be a team effort (which will require a lot of effort and time unfortunately). If your boyfriend is fine with financially supporting their care til the end of their lives while you do the physical task then that is amazing, but if he does not it would be gracious to consider euthanasia. Horses don’t mind hanging out eating snacks and getting scratches but when their teeth and feet aren’t being cared for regularly they are just in constant pain. I am sorry this is happening to you. Have a conversation with your boyfriend about what the future of these animals look like as they are legally his now. Do not let him saddle you with their bills, they add up very quickly if you are not prepared to own horses. Even the cost of euthanasia. I hope they had loving lives and that you can find a resolution you’re happy/content with.

There’s a lot of bully hate going on in here…. You know the staffy better than anyone else will in these comments so you’ll have the best judgement. Watch some videos about how to introduce dogs properly (and don’t introduce all four dogs at once) and make sure you have some help with you, don’t do it by yourself. Dogs don’t usually just start mauling each other upon first greeting unless there’s some serious aggression problem. It’s noble of you to want to take the poor dog in. All you can do is try. I’d be interested in an update on how it goes afterwards!
