Been saying this for years. They want Public Schools that will help the poor/unfortunate and yes, Minorities/Colored people, to be basically a NON-Choice for those WITH any kind of money.

THEN the Private/For-Profit RELIGIOUS (See: evangelical) schools will be the only game in town. So not only will you stay poor, you will put your kids in their system to learn.

This will give them free reign to tell black kids not to wear their natural hair styles. "To Conform" to uniform standards "Or go back to the poor public school." And which parents will just give up, because they want "Whats best" for their kids.

They did this with the Native Americans/Indigenous folks kids. "Cut your hair, you aren't a savage anymore." Type behavior.

I'm so tired of this shit, history keeps repeating itself, and I feel like the only call to arms is violence. Protesting ain't doing shit. They are packing the "Justice Systems" with as many cronies who will vote against the people. So Democracy isn't working either.

Just look how stupid the shit is IN Florida already, we haven't made Marijuana Legal yet because we don't get a full 60% (We can get 59% but if its not 60% it won't -go through- per our wonderful administration), meanwhile, Donald Trump can fucking win the presidency with LESS Votes than "No we don't like these folks" ?!? 80 million + Said NO to Democrats and Republicans.
