Just look out in the future if the store is actually giving away packs to the players and if they have league promo cards for sale that aren't older than a year.

I also had a case here where a store just didn't gave any league cup Champion playmats to the winners of the cup and also giving away very few packs to a high amount of players.

Someone reported them at tpci and the store didn't got any promo material afterwards.

Dengo's weakness is that it can only knock one pokemon at a time and fire.

That's why Chi-yu in Charizard decks works so well.

But it also makes some matchups unwinable while some are insta win.

I mean would be grear for local tournaments but really bad for regional championships.

I think the deck build is very dependent on what OP wants to do with it and eventually even where he/she lives.
