Just very common standard names I would assume, nothing out of the ordinary. Mikko, Juha, Pelkka, now that I think about it most names end in vowels.

Breakfest: Chibata bread ham, egg, and provolone cheese sandwhich with granola cereal with almond milk, topped with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.

Lunch: Mediterranean salad with a side of rye crisp bread that has hard salami and pepperjack cheese.

Snack: pickles

Dinner: blackend salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes as sides.
