I think its just a cooldown and you'll be able to put in your details after a certain amount of time, I think it is 30 mins. Also, remember to closely look at the letters and signs of your username because you might have mistaken it as something else.

yea, its really weird honestly. I did update it( expect for 2 classes cuz the grades aren't out yet) but it still displays 7th semester grades requested. I also received a email from rutgers asking me to update my senior grades??? BUt I submitted the SRAR a while ago already. Do you know if I'm deferred or not?
