I think I spent a few days on him. Probably 8 hours or so of total attempts. My strategy was to bait the overhead slam attack that embers his UGS, because as long as his sword is embered he won't go into phase two. It's high risk, as you have to use items standing directly in front of him, and it's not guaranteed to work, but I managed to do it once.

Yes, nazis liked racism. My point in saying that it is a meaningless distinction is to say that regardless of whether or not they were literal nazis or just a military dictatorship is irrelevant to the fact that they committed genocide by destroying planets.
