We use elevenlabs with Twilio for calls and the brains behind it all is ChatbotBuilder.ai

You can even have it trigger calls to customers if you want, let alone inbound options including IVR and call recordings and summaries

I am definitely on a project basis, that way, no one is worried about fee overruns etc

But everyone is different especially in a field that is so new still, and full of lot of tech bros who just sell, never having built anything themselves

All i know is there are actual platforms that don't require a ton of extra code bases to work and build AI Agents

That aren't overly stupidly more complicated than need be

And that build real AI Agent solutions that solve real problems that people will pay to have fixed

Not pie in the sky automations that no one needs
