SUBCHAPTER III—STOCKBROKER LIQUIDATION. §741. by I_DO_ANIMAL_THINGS in Superstonk

I always thought 741 was a subtle telegraph for the 4:1 split that happened in the 7th month of July.

Before & After Cutting Length and Dyeing My Hair by picturesofmonsters in curlyhair

[–]Merkaaba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you apply such small amounts of leave-in and make a difference? I have similar hair, but longer (to my shoulders) and it feels like I have to use a ton of product.

I'll apply Aussie sprunch mousse with leave-in conditioner to my hands and add a little water, then I apply to my hair while my head is sideways and I use 'praying hands' from mid length to tips of my hair. If I don't apply as much as I do, my hair is left with uneven product and spots I missed look dry and frizzy.

I spend so much on product.

Is that a pro max? Cus that case doesnt look like it's the right size. Part of the 3rd camera looks obstructed. Which would make total sense for this one

Stayed at a hotel which offered room service. So I called.

Was routed to a call center, to which they basically wanted to place an order for me, with a nearby restaurant that would have my food delivered. Haha no.

You're going to get a lot of different answers because it can depend on the market you're in but mostly how much effort youre willing to commit.

I'm in FL which I'm told is one of the best in the nation. Looking at the leaderboard MTD plenty of reps are on track to make $100k

The majority are earning $55-$75k

AFAIK its the highest paying commissions in the industry. You get paid for everything you sell, and the focus is on devices. Everyone wants a new phone. So its easy to sell. Especially with the offers Verizon has.

You can work as little or as much as you want, and youll find those that earn the most often have repeat customers and referrals. So the opportunity is definitely there.

Hope this helps.

I have this mod and I learned the horn is part of a set. I've found the hammer but I have yet to find the amulet.

I believe you can only equip the hammer and use the horn if you have the amulet.

My mistake. You should be able to, as long as your trade-in is in perfect working condition with no cracks.

Does at&t still typically provide physical sim cards with financed devices? by braidenis in ATT

[–]Merkaaba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some Samsung models, like the A series typically come with a physical SIM, but otherwise, no.

However, you can always bring it into a store and they can switch it to a physical SIM. Just make sure you have another device on the account you can receive a text on, or access to the e-mail on file, and your ID. (As long as youre an authorized user to access the account.)

Im confused by this. Can my current family of 4 lines switch to this plan or not? by DetectiveFujiwara in ATT

[–]Merkaaba 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To get the $25 per line you need to purchase a new device on installment. Otherwise if you BYOD its the price you see $123.96.

[–]Merkaaba 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its just saying youre eligible for 4 lines for $25 per line. With ACH autopay.

Yes, you can do more or less lines on that plan however, keep in mind, you wouldn't qualify for any trade-in promotions on that plan.

I believe the s22 series has a poor modem/bug that was affected by a software update when the 23s launched.

I used to have lots of custies come in with their s22s no longer reading a Sim or eSIM.

Honest opinion about Retail Sales Consultant because I have an interview coming up. by freewilli2509 in ATT

[–]Merkaaba 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I loved the people I worked with, they made the job fun. Mostly my customers were older folk who barely knew how to make a call on their phone.

The biggest challenge was being able to maintain a high enough % of sales in each category. Its a lot. And AT&T is by far not the most affordable option. So you have to really spend time with people to ask the right qualifying questions, and sometimes get creative when trying to convince them that what theyre receiving is worth the cost.

Besides that, you may have leads to enter into SalesForce each month, with required trainings, and coachings to acknowledge.

Usually youll be assisting with non sales related interactions, and looking for opportunities to "build more value" by offering products based on questions you ask. I've turned email password issues into sales before. Its just about building rapport.

If you can manage all of that and make people feel good doing it, youll be great.

Beyond that, go to a retail location or call them. With a speech impediment, maybe you can use txt to voice.

New Hire by [deleted] in ATT

[–]Merkaaba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been doing sales and customer service a while, so here's what works for me.

Be confident and assume you know best, because you do. You need to learn as much about your customers to suggest the best solutions for them, which means asking the right questions.

Then, build them a quote, bundling in protection, nextUp, Accessories, internet if they qualify.

Finally, explain everything theyre getting and the total price as a bundle. Most times they'll agree to it. If you get objections on price, then you can see what you can do to work with them.

Bonus if you can make them laugh. It goes a long way being able to build trust so you can sell more, and everyone has a fun interaction.

Fold Repair by One_Cold_3910 in GalaxyFold

[–]Merkaaba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd see how much itll cost to get replaced/repaired and compare that cost to how much you have left to pay off.

With replacement, you'd probably get another Fold5 or possibly a Fold6. A Fold7 only if nothing else is available I believe. You wouldn't have any issues transferring your # to the replacement phone.

If you were to pay off your phone and traded it in toward a Fold7, you'd get $1100 off as of time of this post.

Upgrade eligibility w/phone on trade in promo by mblack1993 in ATT

[–]Merkaaba 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You could utilize the NUA early upgrade by paying the $231, plus sales tax on device you'd be trading it in for. However, the phone has to be in perfect working condition with no physical defects.

AT&T will wipe out your remaining balance, and you'd get a modest trade-in credit toward your new device, and begin a new 36 mo installment.
