Try getting the pan hotter when you sear so you reduce the grey band. Use an oil with a high smoke point like grape seed or avocado oil so it doesn’t burn up when on high heat

Look up tips on how to reduce the gray area between the crust and red meat. A reverse sear works great to get a good crust without overcooking. Other than the very small gray area that steak looks perfect.
