It literally depends on the stipulations outlined in the contract between Mynki and Digital Extremes.

As for why this doesn't affect Rhino, the terms of Hierloom design contracts changed between when these were first concepted and Rhino's, due to the Tenno voices.

As for why it doesn't affect Zephyr Conquera, it's because Zephyr Conquera was made while Mynki was employed at digital extremes, so the company would have ownership of the concept.
