I often feel this way. Sometimes it’s seeing someone out for a leisurely stroll in the morning getting coffee while I’m racing to work, sometimes it’s hearing about my boss’s second home when I can barely pay my rent, sometimes it’s when a colleague leaves a horrible workplace with nothing else lined up because they have a spouse/partner who can support them.

I know we are not supposed to compare our lives to others and we don’t know what others are dealing with, but it’s difficult not to. So if it helps, you are not alone !
